What can be sold on Paczero
Paczero is a marketplace for products designed and made as sustainably as possible. To qualify for a listing, every product must have at least three or more eco-friendly qualities.
If you sell a product on Paczero, you must provide traceable evidence when asked for them for the eco-friendly qualities of your products. This is to ensure that all eco-friendly claims of the items listed are verifyable.
Managing your Paczero shop space
By selling on Paczero, you agree that you will:
- Provide honest, accurate information about your business and your products.
- Honor your shop policies.
- Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by Paczero’s policies.
- Accurately represent your items in listing photos.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale.
- Provide great customer service and maintain trust with your buyers.
- Honor your dispatch and processing times. Sellers are obligated to dispatch an item or otherwise complete a transaction with a buyer in a prompt manner unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
- Respond to messages and emails from your customers and from Paczero in a timely manner.
- Resolve disagreements or disputes directly with the buyer. In the unlikely event that you can’t reach a resolution, please contact us at hello@paczero.com.
- If you are unable to complete an order, you must notify the buyer and cancel the order.
- Protect the personal information of your customers and comply with our data protection and privacy laws.
- Comply with the 14-day “right of withdrawal” policy.
